Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile and other digital platforms
- Plan monthly social media content calendars
- Create ideas for posters, carousels, reels and promotional campaigns
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs and basic marketing content
- Shoot and edit short-form videos/Reels
- Create basic designs using Canva or similar tools
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads
- Support Google Ads and local digital campaigns when required
- Generate and track online leads
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up
- Improve social media reach, engagement and follower growth
- Perform basic SEO and keyword research
- Optimize Google Business Profile for local visibility
- Monitor competitors and current social media trends
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, CPL and conversions
- Suggest new strategies to improve brand awareness and lead generation

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma with Digital Marketing knowledge or certification.

Experience: Fresher to 2+ years
Candidates with practical experience in managing business social media accounts will be preferred.
