Beyoung is looking for Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media ads to identify and acquire customers. Manage end to end marketing campaigns for the brand on time, on budget, to scope
- Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative
- Independently leading the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues that surfaced during the campaign life-cycle
- Execute on a marketing project by working closely with key functional teams, including Social, Paid Media, & brand managers
- Work with internal creative teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns
- Define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes
- Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
- Provides short & long term reports of ads analysis and interpretation of social media ads




- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal team

Requirements

- Proficient with Instagram & Facebook Ads
- Creating & maintaining timely reports
- Good hands on analyzing the data
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Self motivated yet customer focused
- Managing Processes
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Excellent knowledge of all the social media ads strategies
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1 Year of practical experience in executing social media ads
- Experience in setting up and optimizing social media campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
