Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor material requirements based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Analyze inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with purchasing teams to place and expedite purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve supply issues.
- Track material shortages and develop recovery plans.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to support manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and planning data in ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP)

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred in many organizations).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
