Role Overview

We are looking for creative and technically proficient Designers to join our team. In this role, you will research, conceptualize, and develop commercially viable designs tailored to international market trends. The ideal candidate combines strong vector proficiency in CorelDRAW, deep familiarity with metals and gemstones, and modern AI-assisted design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Technical Detailing: Create precise, production-ready vector artworks, motif layouts, and detailed technical specification sheets (dimensions, stone counts, prong/setting details, metal weights) in CorelDRAW.

- Materials Integration: Knowledge of metals and precious/semi-precious stones.

- Trend & Market Research: Track global jewelry and accessory trends, forecast palettes, buyer preferences, and international market demands.

- AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage generative AI tools for rapid ideation, mood boarding, texture exploration, and concept visualization.

- Documentation & Presentation: Build structured specification sheets, catalogue layouts, and presentation decks using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Software Proficiency: Advanced, expert-level skills in CorelDRAW.

- Material Knowledge: Knowledge of metals and precious/semi-precious stones.

- Digital & AI Tools: Working knowledge of MS Office and Generative AI design tools.

- Manual Design (Add-on): Quick hand-sketching and manual rendering capabilities are a distinct advantage.

- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant design experience in jewelry.

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Jewelry Design.
