Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ELV Engineer with expertise in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, CCTV surveillance, access control, network systems, and data center infrastructure for cleanroom projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing ELV installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

● 1. ELV System Installation

○ Supervise installation of structured cabling systems including CAT6A, fiber optic cables, and cable management infrastructure.

○ Execute installation of CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and network infrastructure.

○ Install data center and server room infrastructure including racks, cooling systems, and cable trays.

○ Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

● 2. Clean Room ELV Systems

○ Execute ELV systems specific to cleanroom requirements including specialized cabling, shielded systems, and static control measures.

○ Ensure compliance with ISO 14644, GMP, FDA, and project-specific ELV requirements.

○ Monitor ELV installations for cleanroom compatibility and performance standards.

● 3. Testing & Commissioning

○ Perform structured cabling testing including continuity testing, attenuation testing, and performance verification.

○ Commission CCTV systems, access control systems,



and network infrastructure.

○ Verify system functionality, connectivity, and performance parameters.

○ Conduct cable certification and network testing to meet TIA/EIA standards.

● 4. Project Coordination

○ Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

○ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

○ Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and system vendors.

○ Review BOQ, drawings, and material specifications.

○ Prepare material reconciliation and inventory reports.

● 5. Quality Assurance

○ Ensure ELV work complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and client specifications.

○ Conduct inspections and prepare punch lists.

○ Verify all installations meet project performance and quality requirements.

○ Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

● 6. Documentation

○ Prepare Installation Checklists, Testing & Commissioning Reports, As-Built Drawings, Cable Certification Reports, Daily Progress Reports, Handover Documentation, and System Documentation.

Education

● B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Communication Engineering, or related discipline

Experience

● 2–7 years of experience in ELV installation and commissioning.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in structured cabling and data center projects.

● Demonstrated expertise in low-voltage system installation and testing procedures.

Language Requirements

● Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) - MANDATORY

● Ability to read technical documentation and ELV schematics in English

● Robust communication skills for coordination with project teams

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
