TrueMedo is looking for a responsible and hardworking E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online order operations. The candidate will be responsible for checking and processing orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and our website, along with invoicing, product picking, packaging and dispatch.
The role also includes maintaining order and inventory records on computer/Excel, coordinating with courier partners, updating tracking details and handling returns, cancellations and replacements.
We are looking for someone who is computer-savvy, organized, detail-oriented and capable of independently managing daily e-commerce operations from order processing to final dispatch.
