Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information and resolutions.
- Process customer requests, orders, and complaints in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately and comprehensively in the designated systems.




- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Adhere to all performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), striving to exceed targets.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.
