Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Cultivate professional relationships with independent home builders, site engineers, and project managers.
- Effectively capture client contact details and pass hot leads to the internal Showroom Sales Team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain cordial relations with architects, interior designers and contractors and perform periodic follow ups to understand their needs.
- Market Intelligence & On-Field Site Mapping: Conduct daily field visits to identify upcoming luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Competitor Feedback & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and changing design trends and provide reports on to top management.

Skills & Competencies

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Malayalam (essential for local relationship building) and English (required for corporate presentations and meetings with HNIs).
- Interpersonal Skills: Highly persuasive, presentable, and polished storytelling abilities to comfortably pitch premium products to elite design professionals.
- Industry Acumen:



A strong aesthetic sense and a keen eye for interior design trends, architectural finishes, or luxury lifestyle products.
- Mobility Prerequisite: Must possess a valid driving license and a vehicle, with total willingness to travel extensively to client offices and upscale project sites across Trivandrum.

Work Experience and Education

- Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, field marketing or institutional sales.
- Industry Context: Prior experience in high-value B2B client acquisition, premium building materials, sanitaryware, luxury tiles, interior décor, or real estate sectors is highly desirable.
- Local Knowledge: Strong geographical familiarity with the Trivandrum market
- Existing Network: Candidates who carry an established, active rolodex of premium architects, interior designers, and elite builders in Trivandrum will be quick-tracked through our selection process
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
