We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead our financial operations, cost management, and regulatory compliance. As an ISO 13485 and CDSCO certified company with imported raw materials, the ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in BOM cost tracking, cost accounting, FEMA regulations, and high-standard compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and cash flow management aligned with business expansion goals.
- Cost Accounting & Inventory: Manage standard costing, product margin analysis, BOM cost rollups, and inventory valuation for medical device manufacturing.
- Imports & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to FEMA, RBI directives, custom duties, and documentation for foreign currency payments and raw material imports.
- Quality & Regulatory Audits: Maintain robust internal controls compliant with ISO 13485, CDSCO regulations, statutory audits, GST, and direct tax guidelines.
- Financial Reporting & Governance: Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures,



ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP).
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Qualified CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, strictly in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or Advanced Manufacturing.
- Core Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, and Landed Cost/BOM models.
- Deep practical knowledge of FEMA rules, foreign exchange management, and import finance mechanisms (LC/TT).
- Direct experience operating within ISO 13485 and CDSCO regulated environments.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Odoo ERP/ SAP /Tally, and advanced MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical capacity, strategic leadership, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
