Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints through email.
- Respond to customers professionally and within the required turnaround time.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Minimum; graduates preferred.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using email and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
