Job Title: Telecaller

Job location - Ernakulam ,MG road

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide support and assistance
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers
- Research and present information about products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- freshers or experienced persons in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
