We're looking for a calling intern to speak with candidates who have applied to our job listings, take them through role details, and collect the documents needed to schedule their interviews. You'll work from a script we provide — no cold calling, no sales targets. All candidates have already applied.
Responsibilities:
- Call candidates who have applied through job portals
- Take them through role details using a provided script
- Screen candidates against a straightforward checklist (location, availability, salary expectation, experience)
- Collect and follow up on documents via WhatsApp
- Maintain a call log in a shared tracker
- Schedule interviews and send reminders
- Report daily on calls made, candidates interested, and documents received
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
