Job Summary

We are looking for a CCTV & Security Officer to manage security manpower and handle the technical operations of the CCTV surveillance system. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security guard supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise security guards and shift-wise manpower deployment.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure continuous surveillance of critical areas.
- Handle CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain DVR/NVR, IP cameras, monitors, switches, and recording systems.
- Perform CCTV cabling, wiring, termination, and basic networking.
- Troubleshoot camera connectivity, recording, display, power, and network-related issues.
- Maintain CCTV equipment and track breakdowns, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with external CCTV vendors for major technical issues.
- Monitor employee, visitor, vehicle,



and material movement at entry and exit points.
- Monitor security guard attendance, discipline, uniform, and performance.
- Prepare security duty schedules and arrange replacement manpower when required.
- Maintain security registers, CCTV records, incident reports, and daily/weekly reports.
- Immediately report security incidents, unauthorized access, theft, or suspicious activities to management.
- Ensure security personnel follow company security procedures and emergency protocols.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR and IP Camera systems
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, switches, routers, and PoE
- CCTV cabling and maintenance
- Security manpower handling and shift management
- Good observation and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Any Degree with relevant experience.
