Marketing Skills & Responsibilities

- Skilled in delivering marketing presentations to clients and stakeholders, including campaign strategies, performance reports, business insights, and recommendations.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented, with a strong preference for formal business attire while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, and Lead Generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing.
- Track and analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversions, ROAS, and Campaign Performance.
- Conduct Keyword Research, Audience Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Campaign Optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign spending and performance.
- Prepare Marketing Strategies, Campaign Reports, Business Insights, and Performance Presentations.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint for marketing presentations, business reports, and strategy decks.
- Use Canva to create marketing creatives, social media content, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Work closely with Sales, Creative,



and Cross-Functional Teams to achieve marketing and lead-generation targets.
- Solid skills in Communication, Presentation, Stakeholder Management, Analytical Thinking, Organization, and Problem Solving.

Qaulification

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign management, and performance marketing.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented, with a preference for formal business attire.

Pay: ₹35,969.98 - ₹45,717.80 per month
