E-COMMERCE MANAGER - ORASURE ORGANICS

Location: Delhi | Employment Type: Full-time | Industry: Organic Food / FMCG / D2C

ABOUT ORASURE ORGANICS

Orasure Organics is a fast-growing organic food brand offering a wide portfolio of certified organic products across categories including cold-pressed oils, A2 ghee, flours, pulses, millets, spices, sweeteners, superfoods, snacks and more. We are building Orasure as a up-to-date, trusted organic food brand across online and offline channels, and are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven E-commerce Manager who will take ownership of Orasure Organics' performance across Amazon, quick-commerce platforms, our D2C website and other online marketplaces, and also accelerate onboarding on relevant e-commerce platforms.

The candidate will be responsible not just for marketplace operations, but for revenue growth, advertising efficiency, profitability, catalogue optimization, inventory planning and overall e-commerce strategy. A core part of this role is owning performance advertising across all channels from Amazon and quick-commerce to Meta and Google with full accountability for blended advertising efficiency and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketplace Management

* Manage day-to-day business across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

* Manage and optimise product listings, pricing, promotions, deals and marketplace visibility.

* Ensure catalogue accuracy and resolve listing, suppression and account-related issues.

* Identify and launch relevant new marketplaces and online channels.

2. Performance Marketing & Advertising (All Channels)

* Plan, launch, optimise and scale paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, quick-commerce ad platforms, Meta and Google Ads for the D2C website, onboard other marketplaces (e.g. Flipkart).

* On Amazon specifically: plan and optimise PPC across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, conduct keyword research and continuously improve organic and paid search rankings.

* Own the total advertising budget and allocate it across channels based on marginal return shifting spend to where the next rupee earns the most.

* Run full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion/retargeting) and manage the complete lifecycle: audience and keyword research, creative and copy briefs, bid and budget management, A/B testing and continuous optimisation.

* Track and report metrics per channel and blended: ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and new-vs-returning customer mix, tying every campaign back to contribution profit, not just top-line sales.

* Protect traffic quality and unit economics, scale spend only where it drives profitable, converting traffic, and quickly identify and cut budget that delivers volume without sales.

* Coordinate and manage external agencies or freelancers where used, and align paid activity with festival/marketplace event calendars (Diwali, Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.) and inventory availability.

3. Quick-Commerce Management

* Manage and grow the brand across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit and other relevant platforms.

* Track SKU-wise availability, sales, inventory, visibility and platform performance.

* Coordinate inventory and replenishment to minimize out-of-stock situations.

* Plan platform-specific promotions and growth initiatives.

4. D2C Website

* Manage and improve performance of the Orasure Organics website.

* Work on merchandising, bundles, offers, cross-selling and upselling.

* Improve conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchase rate.

5. Sales & Profitability

* Own online revenue targets and prepare channel-wise monthly growth plans.

* Track SKU-wise and channel-wise profitability.

* Monitor marketplace commissions, logistics costs, discounts and advertising spends.

* Prepare regular reports covering sales, margins, ad spends and contribution profitability.

* Identify high-growth and low-performing SKUs and take corrective action.

6. Inventory & Demand Planning

* Forecast SKU-level demand across marketplaces.

* Maintain optimal stock cover and minimize both stock-outs and excess inventory.

* Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse and dispatch teams.

* Plan inventory requirements around promotions, festivals and marketplace events.

7. Catalogue & Conversion Optimization

* Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ content.

* Work with the design/content team to continuously improve product pages.

* Conduct competitor benchmarking across pricing, content, promotions and rankings.

* Improve ratings, reviews and overall customer experience.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* 3–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably in FMCG, food, grocery, health & wellness or D2C brands.

* Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.

* Hands-on, demonstrable experience running performance ads across multiple channels -Amazon Ads and at least one of Meta Ads / Google Ads; quick-commerce advertising a robust plus.

* Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and blended ROAS / CAC across channels, and to reallocate spend based on marginal return.

* Comfortable owning the full campaign lifecycle - research, creative briefing, bidding, testing and reporting, and translating ad metrics into contribution-profit terms.

* Experience managing quick-commerce platforms is highly preferred.

* Strong understanding of marketplace P&L; and unit economics.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and e-commerce analytics.

* Understanding of Shopify / D2C website operations.

* Data-first mindset: able to read a campaign's numbers, spot wasted or low-quality spend, and act on it quickly and independently.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to independently identify problems, recommend solutions and execute them.

* Strong coordination skills for working with marketplaces, agencies, warehouse, marketing and internal teams.
