- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly as per assigned requirements.
- Transport materials, products, documents, and employees to the required locations.
- Pick up and deliver materials/orders on time.
- Support the Sales and Operations teams for material and order deliveries.
- Follow the daily travel/route plan given by the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials from suppliers/customers/shops.
- Maintain proper vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.
- Check fuel, tyres, engine oil, battery, and other basic vehicle conditions regularly.
- Immediately report any vehicle breakdown, accident, damage, or maintenance requirement.
- Maintain vehicle documents such as RC, insurance, PUC, and driving licence validity.
- Maintain daily vehicle logbook, trip details,



fuel usage, and kilometres travelled.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety procedures.
- Handle company materials and documents carefully during transportation.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
- Ensure no unauthorized person uses the company vehicle.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company documents and materials carried in the vehicle.
- Perform other driving and transportation-related duties assigned by management.
