Kridha Advisors is a Mumbai-based investment banking and capital markets advisory firm, powered by and operating as an extended arm of Khandwala Securities Limited — a Tier 1 SEBI-registered Merchant Banker. That association gives our team the reach and regulatory standing of an established merchant banking platform, combined with the pace and ownership of a lean advisory practice.

We work across SME and mainboard IPOs, pre-IPO placements, secondary market fundraising for listed entities, M&A; and structured advisory — from early-stage startups to established growth companies.

The role

You’ll sit inside live transactions rather than on the sidelines of them. Day to day, that means:

Fresher up to 3 years of experience; a finance-heavy academic background (CA, MBA Finance, CFA, B.Com/BBA with strong quantitative grounding)

CFA Level II or III cleared strongly preferred

Minimum 3-6 months of prior internship exposure in investment banking, equity research,



corporate finance or capital markets

Strong Excel and PowerPoint; comfort reading financial statements and building models from scratch

Clear written communication — much of our output is client-facing documentation. AI fluency and good knowledge of AI tools is a must.

Genuine appetite for deal work: long hours during live mandates, high ownership, direct exposure to promoters and investors.
