About the Company

TAPSOM Projects Private Limited is engaged in the export of chemicals from India to UAE and the Middle East, with plans to expand into South Asian markets. We are looking for an experienced Chemical Export Executive to drive our international business development and trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prepare, and submit business proposals to prospective buyers in UAE, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with both buyers and vendors/suppliers
- Coordinate with buyers to arrange Letters of Credit (LC) and ensure compliance with international trade/payment terms
- Manage end-to-end logistics for export shipments, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs clearance, and documentation
- Identify and onboard new customers to expand the company's export market presence
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing buyers and vendors to ensure repeat business
- Stay updated on export regulations,



chemical trade compliance, and market trends in target regions

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–10 years of proven experience in chemical exports or international trade (chemical industry preferred)
- Strong existing network and connects with buyers and vendors in the chemical trading space
- Sound knowledge of export documentation, LC processes, INCOTERMS, and shipping/logistics coordination
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for international correspondence
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with independent travel/client engagement as required

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, International Trade, Chemistry, or related field
- Prior experience specifically exporting to UAE, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, or Sri Lanka is an advantage

Compensation & Joining

- Salary: ₹4.8 – 6 LPA (based on experience)
- Joining Timeline: Within 15 days to 1 month

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
