We are looking for a skilled Biometric & Access Control Engineer to handle installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of biometric and access control systems at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, configuration and commissioning of Biometric Attendance & Access Control Systems.
- Installation and configuration of biometric devices, RFID/card readers, fingerprint and facial recognition devices.
- Configure Access Control Panels, Door Controllers, EM Locks, Magnetic Locks, Exit Switches, Door Sensors and related accessories.
- Configure attendance and access control software.
- Configure user enrollment, access levels, departments, shifts and attendance policies.
- Integrate biometric/access control devices with LAN/WAN networks.
- Perform IP configuration, device connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication and connectivity issues.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical requirements/BOQs.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers and internal technical teams.




- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for existing systems.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve service calls within defined timelines.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, configuration documents and handover documents.
- Train clients/end users on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and warranty-related issues.

Required Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of Biometric Attendance Systems and Access Control Systems.
- Practical experience with fingerprint, face recognition, RFID and card-based systems.
- Knowledge of Door Access Control architecture and wiring.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, IP addressing and basic networking.
- Experience with access control software and database connectivity.
- Ability to troubleshoot biometric device communication and synchronization issues.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and system configuration.
- Knowledge of CCTV integration with Access Control will be an advantage.
- Ability to read basic electrical/networking diagrams.

Preferred OEM Experience

Experience with any of the following will be preferred:

- Matrix
- eSSL
- Hikvision
- Dahua
- ZKTeco
- Honeywell
- Godrej
- Other leading biometric/access control brands.

Qualification





- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / BCA / equivalent technical qualification.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Biometric, Access Control, Security Systems or ELV projects.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered for junior positions.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Delhi NCR and nearby locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a project team.
- Should be comfortable with installation, commissioning and after-sales support.
- Must have a professional attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills and interview performance.
