About the Role

ResearchAyu is looking for a Video Editor & AI Content Specialist who can combine strong video editing skills with AI-powered content creation and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate should understand how to create videos that capture attention, retain viewers, and drive leads across Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-performing video creatives for paid ads and organic social media.
- Edit videos for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google and other digital platforms.
- Create strong hooks and engaging storytelling to improve 3-second view rate and audience retention.
- Translate scripts into effective scene-by-scene visual sequences.
- Create AI-generated B-roll and video assets using tools such as Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, etc.
- Use HeyGen, Synthesia and ElevenLabs for AI avatars, voiceovers and lip-sync content.
- Create motion graphics, animated CTAs and visual explainers using After Effects.
- Develop multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.
- Review video performance/retention data and identify opportunities to improve creatives.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop performance-driven video campaigns.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
- Experience with AI voice,



avatar and lip-sync tools.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, paid ads and social media videos.
- Ability to create videos with a conversion and performance mindset, not just aesthetic quality.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in performance marketing, D2C, healthcare, wellness, advertising agencies or digital marketing will be preferred.

Candidates should be able to share a portfolio/showreel, especially examples of paid ad creatives and AI-generated video content.
