Responsibilities:
✔ Handling client queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
✔ Guiding clients about visa processes and requirements
✔ Managing documentation and application filing
✔ Coordinating with clients for required documents and updates
✔ Maintaining proper records and follow-ups
✔ Supporting backend operations and daily tasks
✔ Documentation and Visa Filing
No prior experience required – just good communication skills, confidence, and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
