Job Description – Lab Technician

Department: Laboratory Operations
Designation: Associate / JSO / ESO / SSO
Shift: Rotational Shift, including Night Shift ,Day , Noon

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, process, and handle patient samples as per defined SOPs.
- Perform laboratory testing as per department requirements.
- Ensure proper sample identification, labeling, and processing.
- Operate laboratory instruments and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Perform and monitor Quality Control (QC) activities.
- Ensure accurate results and timely reporting within defined TAT.
- Identify abnormal or discrepant results and escalate to the concerned senior.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and laboratory registers.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, biosafety,



and infection-control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the work area.
- Coordinate with other laboratory departments for smooth workflow.
- Support senior team members in daily laboratory operations.

Qualification

- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or relevant qualification.
- Relevant laboratory experience preferred; freshers can be considered for Associate/Junior levels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
