- Counsel prospective students and their parents in choosing suitable courses
- Help incoming leads to choose the right product and persuade them to conversion
- Using scripts to provide information about product features, price and advantages over call for prospective customers
- Updating the in-house team to understand the customer needs regularly
- Maintaining tracking all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
