Position: Sr. Sales Manager – Real Estate

Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹70,000/month (depending on experience and overall profile)

Experience: 6–7 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. If you have a passion for sales, leadership, and closing high-value deals, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Lead, mentor & manage a high-performing sales team.

Identify market opportunities & close property deals.

Build robust relationships with clients, developers & investors.

Collaborate with marketing for campaigns & promotional activities.

Ensure proper reporting, documentation & compliance.





Ideal Candidate Profile

Graduate in Business/Marketing/Real Estate or related field. 6–7 years of experience in real estate sales

Strong leadership & team management skills.

Excellent communication & negotiation abilities.

Good understanding of local real estate market.

Proficient in CRM tools & MS Office.
