Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations independently.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet schedules and financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST/TDS returns and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Perform vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage invoicing, collections, payments and follow-up for outstanding receivables.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers and internal departments.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.




- Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of Accounting & Finance.
- Strong 3-10 years of relevant Experience
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, PT, PF & ESIC.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / SAP / ERP accounting software.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS etc.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to independently handle finance & accounts activities.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, reconciliations and MIS reporting with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
