- Strong communication and people skills
- A proactive and responsible approach to work
- Ability to plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Confidence in interacting with employees and candidates
- Someone who can bring teams together and improve workplace culture
- Comfortable taking initiative and handling things independently
- Presentable, well-spoken, and comfortable on camera when required

You should have at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and employee engagement.

For us, personality and ownership matter just as much as experience.
