Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Education Technology (EdTech) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field marketing activities, promoting educational programs, generating student admissions, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Kerala.

Roles & Responsibilities (Field Marketing)

- Visit schools, colleges, tuition centres, and educational institutions to promote courses and admission programs.
- Conduct field marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Generate student leads through direct field visits and institutional outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, management, and education partners.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, and promotional kits during field visits.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, career guidance programs, and admission drives.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Academic Counselling team to follow up and convert leads into admissions.
- Meet monthly field visit,



lead generation, and admission targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on field visits, leads generated, and marketing activities.
- Travel across assigned locations in Kerala for marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Education Technology (EdTech) industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
- Ability to achieve lead generation and admission targets.
