We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to improve our organic search visibility, website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall search performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, SEO analytics, and Google Search Console. You should be comfortable analyzing data, identifying SEO opportunities, implementing strategies, and measuring results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL optimization, image optimization, and content optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure, page speed, mobile usability, redirects, canonicalization, structured data, and duplicate content.
- Monitor and improve organic keyword rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Optimize existing website content and work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.
- Develop and execute ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
- Analyze competitors and identify gaps in their SEO, content, and backlink strategies.
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4 to monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Track Google algorithm updates and recommend appropriate SEO actions.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with developers, content teams, designers,



and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Conduct regular website audits and maintain SEO best practices across the website.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine guidelines, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of practical experience in SEO / Search Engine Optimization.
- Robust understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Good understanding of HTML, website architecture, internal linking, and basic technical SEO concepts.
- Experience with content optimization and SEO content strategies.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of schema markup / structured data.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and page-speed optimization.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SEO automation and AI-assisted SEO workflows.
- Experience working with international or multilingual websites is a plus.
