Key Responsibilities:

​ - End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).

​ - Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

​ - Handling employee relations, grievances, and maintaining workplace culture.

​ - Managing attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processing support.

​ - Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

​ - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- ​3 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruiter role.

​Required Skills:

​ - Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

​ - Proficiency in HR software and Job Portals

Locals / Candidates from Tiruppur are preferred

Hostel facility available

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
