About the Role

Mongas is looking for a Social Media Handler to efficiently run our existing social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and launch and run a new TikTok page, based primarily at our Naraina Industrial Area factory in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Creation

- Plan and maintain a content calendar across required social media platforms.
- Organise and coordinate photo/video shoots — sourcing models, planning shot lists, and directing on the day
- Shoot, edit, and prepare content (reels, posts, stories, TikToks) ready for publishing
- Write captions, source/research relevant hashtags, and keep content aligned with current trends on both platforms

Publishing & Community Management

- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, engaging with followers and customers
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers or collaborators for the brand where relevant

Reporting & Strategy

- Track performance across posts (reach, engagement, follower growth)



and generate regular reports
- Review what's working vs. not, and adjust the content approach based on performance
- Keep an eye on competitor and industry accounts for trends and content ideas relevant to fashion/bridal wear

Requirements

- Prior experience creating and managing social media content in fashion, jewellery, or footwear specifically — candidates will be asked to share samples of past work before interview
- Comfortable working across various social media platforms, specifically Instagram and TikTok content formats, including scheduling/analytics tools
- Able to independently plan and execute a shoot (concept, models, shot list)
- Basic photo/video editing skills
