We're a fast-growing IT services startup seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through lead generation, client outreach, and partnership development. This is a part time freelance role with solid potential for expansion based on performance.

What you'll do:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services space
- Generate qualified leads through data mining, market research, and targeted outreach
- Plan and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to build a consistent pipeline
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline from first contact through close
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and strategic partners
- Report on outreach activity, pipeline status, and campaign performance

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience in IT sales — ideally selling software development, staff augmentation, or technology consulting services




- Hands-on experience with data mining/lead sourcing (tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar)
- Track record of planning and running outreach campaigns with measurable results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Genuine interest in contributing to long-term business growth, not just short-term task completion
