Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer with hands-on experience in on-site construction and structural engineering. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities
- Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate records
- Conduct quality and safety inspections at the site
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Identify and resolve in office challenges effectively
- Maintain proper documentation and report regularly to management





Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in on-site construction and/or structural engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality control and site safety practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar construction tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
