The Brand
Every big fashion brand is born from its culture — Zara from Europe, Uniqlo from Japan, K-fashion from Korea. Dennison's bet: India is next. We're building India's first mass-premium, globally-scalable menswear brand rooted in Indian craft & heritage — Korean-fit trousers, oversized shirts, co-ords — live on our own site plus Myntra, Amazon & Flipkart. Roots go back to 1988 in Gwalior; the D2C avatar is young, rapid, and hungry to scale.

What You'll Own

- Meta Ads — Plan & run performance campaigns (CBO, UGC creatives, CAPI); test, iterate, chase ROAS
- Google Ads — Search + Shopping, with GA4/GTM tracking end-to-end
- WhatsApp Retargeting — Abandoned-cart flows & community-commerce pushes that turn browsers into buyers
- Affiliate Marketing — Run & grow Creator Circle + Campus Crew (our affiliate program on BixGrow) — recruit creators, track payouts, scale reach




- SEO — Keep dennison.in sharp — on-page SEO, catalog & URL hygiene

Who We Want

- 1+ yr in D2C/fashion marketing (menswear a big plus) — or a fresher with real fire in the belly
- Numbers-first — CAC, ROAS, CTR, funnel data should excite you as much as creative does
- A sharp eye — for detail, for opportunity, for what the data's actually saying
- Ready to hustle — fast, hands-on D2C setup; expect intense days around launches & sales
