Beyond Mentor is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Freelance Career Counsellor for a 1-month school career counselling project in Ellenabad, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct career counselling and guidance sessions for school students.
- Understand students' interests, strengths, abilities, and career aspirations.
- Guide students in exploring suitable academic streams and career pathways.
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
- Assist with career assessments and explain assessment outcomes.
- Conduct career awareness sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate with teachers and school authorities.
- Maintain counselling records and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure professional, empathetic, and student-friendly interaction with students.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field preferred.




- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and counselling abilities.
- Empathetic and comfortable interacting with school students.
- Ability to work independently and manage counselling sessions effectively.
- Candidates who can commit to the complete 1-month project will be preferred.
