Job Summary

AICMS Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with

prospective students, provide information about our cosmetology and aesthetic

medicine courses, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should

have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong

relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students from the provided leads.

- Explain AICMS Academy courses, eligibility, fees, and batch schedules.

- Counsel students and answer their queries professionally.

- Follow up with interested candidates to increase admissions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the

CRM or Excel.

- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.





- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work under targets.

Qualifications• Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).

- Experience in telecalling, counseling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
