About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Stacking / Property Sourcing Executive to identify and source retail properties available for lease across high streets, malls, and key commercial locations in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for property sourcing, landlord/broker relationships, market mapping, property evaluation, and maintaining an updated retail property inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Source retail properties available for lease across high streets and malls.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and property brokers.
- Identify exclusive mandates and off-market retail opportunities.
- Conduct regular market surveys and identify new vacancies/upcoming supply.
- Evaluate properties based on location, frontage, visibility, accessibility, parking, and retail potential.




- Collect and maintain property details including area, rent, CAM, deposit, lease terms, and availability.
- Maintain accurate property inventory and update CRM with property details and photographs.
- Coordinate with the Retail Leasing team to match properties with retailer requirements.
- Arrange property inspections and support site visits.
- Assist in obtaining commercial proposals and landlord approvals.
- Submit weekly sourcing reports and market updates.

Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail property sourcing, brokerage, or business development.
- Solid knowledge of the Pune retail and commercial property market.
- Existing relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers will be an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
