Job Role: Admin cum Purchase Intern

Location: Sulthanpet, Coimbatore
Industry: Solar, Wind Power & Renewable Energy
Qualification: Diploma in EEE
Experience: Fresher
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Preferred: Immediate Joiner

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation activities.
- Assist with purchase and procurement activities.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up on material availability, pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain purchase documents, invoices, Excel reports, and material records.
- Track material requirements and delivery status.
- Assist in vendor identification and coordination.
- Travel to different locations as per work requirements.




- Perform other Admin and Purchase-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Basic understanding of purchase and procurement activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to travel for work-related requirements is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
