Job Description – Architect

Position: Architect
Department: Architecture / Design
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
- Work on AutoCAD plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Assist senior architects in design development and project execution.
- Prepare 3D models and basic renders using SketchUp or similar software.
- Coordinate with the site team and make necessary drawing revisions.
- Take site measurements and prepare drawings accordingly.
- Assist in material selection, design details, and presentations.
- Prepare working drawings and documentation for construction.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors when required.
- Ensure drawings and designs are accurate and completed on time.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office.
- Positive understanding of architectural planning and construction.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Qualification

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹25,935.10 - ₹35,204.69 per month

Experience:

- AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
- 3D software: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sketchup: 2 years (Preferred)
