About the Role
AIWO Limited is looking for a confident and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive for its wellness centre located within Bluxone Spa at Fairmont Mumbai.
The selected candidate will welcome guests, understand their wellness requirements, explain the available services and assist them with bookings. This is a guest relations and service coordination position. The employee will not be responsible for performing medical or clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a professional and comfortable experience.
- Understand guest requirements through polite and natural conversations.
- Provide clear information about AIWO’s wellness and aesthetic services.
- Assist guests with appointment scheduling and service bookings.
- Introduce suitable wellness packages and products based on the guest’s interests.
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams after a booking is confirmed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest enquiries, bookings, preferences and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested guests through approved communication channels.
- Maintain professional grooming, communication and workplace conduct.
- Follow the service and hospitality standards of AIWO Limited and the workplace.
- Support the team in achieving booking and customer-service targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, premium retail, aesthetics, guest relations, hotel front office or spa reception.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable interacting with local and international guests.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
- Confident in explaining services and assisting guests with bookings.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain guest records.
- Interest in wellness, healthcare or aesthetic services.
- Willingness to work from the designated workplace in Mumbai.
