Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Services Sales, particularly in Mobile App Development and Web Development projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, proposal creation, client conversion, and managing the complete business development cycle across India, US, UK, and Canada markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, etc.
- Handle the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, estimations, RFP/RFQ responses.
- Communicate effectively with international clients across India, US, UK, and Canada.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Track sales pipelines,



follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project handover and smooth execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior BDEs or sales team members.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT company.
- Strong knowledge of Mobile App Development and Web Development services.
- Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, and client conversion.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with international clients, particularly US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
- Robust team handling and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
