Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Operations Specialist to provide L2 support and operational management across the Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Defender.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services, incidents, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Exchange Online issues.
- Manage users, groups, permissions, MFA, and sign-in issues in Microsoft Entra ID.
- Triage Microsoft Defender alerts and analyze risky sign-ins.
- Support Teams Phone, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, CQD, and call-related issues.




- Perform Exchange Online mail-flow troubleshooting, message tracing, NDR analysis, and mailbox administration.
- Manage Enterprise Applications and App Registrations, including secrets, certificates, and redirect URIs.
- Support Power Apps and Power Automate troubleshooting.
- Analyze M365 Audit Logs and service activity logs.
- Support Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies, M365 Groups, Planner, Loop, and Search.
- Follow ITIL processes, SLAs, ticketing systems, and approved runbooks.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
