POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a visionary Retail Fashion Marketing Head to lead our marketing

strategy, brand development, and retail operations across our growing chain of

fashion stores. This is a strategic leadership role that will shape the future

of Geeta Wholesale Mart's brand presence in the market.
The Retail Fashion Marketing Head will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Managing brand positioning and identity
- Overseeing all 7 current stores and upcoming 2 new stores
- Driving sales growth through creative retail and marketing initiatives
- Building and leading a marketing and retail team




- Managing marketing budget and ROI
- Creating engaging customer experiences
- Driving online and offline integration
- Competitive analysis and market intelligence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- STRATEGIC MARKETING & BRAND MANAGEMENT
- RETAIL OPERATIONS & STORE MANAGEMENT
- DIGITAL MARKETING & E-COMMERCE
- SALES & REVENUE GROWTHTEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's Degree (Essential):
- MBA in Marketing or Business Administration
- Bachelors in Commerce, Business, or Marketing
- Any graduate degree with marketing specialization

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
