- Generate accurate bills for customers.
- Receive payments through cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
- Provide correct balance and payment receipts.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Enter orders accurately and process transactions.
- Handle bill modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy.
- Maintain cash float and ensure sufficient change is available.
- Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit collections to management.
- Greet customers courteously and address billing-related queries.
- Assist customers with payment issues and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude at all times.
- Coordinate with service staff, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth order processing.
- Communicate any discrepancies or customer concerns promptly.




- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Ensure all invoices, receipts, and payment records are properly filed.
- Support audit and accounting requirements when needed.
- Follow company cash-handling procedures and internal controls.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial transactions.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or suspicious activities immediately.
- Reconcile daily sales with cash and digital payment collections.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and hand over cash as per company procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
