- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, or requests.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely responses to customers.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.
- Follow company policies and maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
