Job Overview
We are hiring an AR Caller with 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The candidate will be responsible for following up on unpaid claims with insurance companies and ensuring timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Call insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Analyze claim status and take appropriate action for denials and rejections.
- Work on aging reports and prioritize high-value claims.
- Understand EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA.
- Coordinate with internal billing teams to resolve claim issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of call outcomes.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare.
- Good knowledge of Medical Billing and AR follow-up process.
- Familiar with Denials Management and RCM process.
- Ability to understand insurance guidelines and claim processing.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks or similar billing software.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.
