Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate enquiries, promote hotel services, and support the Sales & Marketing team in increasing bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and provide information about hotel rooms, banquets, restaurants, events, and other services.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, Banquet, and other departments regarding customer requirements.
- Promote special offers, packages, events, and hotel facilities.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.





Skills & Qualifications

- Any degree / Diploma preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to maintain customer data and follow-up records.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in hotel, telecalling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
