We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and management.

Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial candidate interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance and leave records
- Support employee engagement activities
- Address employee queries and HR-related concerns
- Assist with HR policies and daily HR operations

Qualification
