We are looking for a motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist (Fresher / 0–1 Year) to join our growing marketing team. You will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content channels.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to develop hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, and digital analytics while working on real-world campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X by scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring performance.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO activities, and basic technical SEO audits to improve organic search visibility.
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including ad copywriting, audience targeting, campaign monitoring, and budget tracking.
- Create and edit marketing copy for blogs, email newsletters, landing pages, social media, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content teams, and web developers to ensure timely and consistent campaign execution.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, SEO best practices,



and emerging tools.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM/Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, or Google Ads.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand basic marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Google Ads/Analytics, HubSpot, Meta, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
