We are looking for a Management Trainee – Business Development for our Personal Care segment. The role involves developing new business opportunities, connecting with customers and supporting sales growth in the specialty chemicals/personal care market.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the Personal Care segment.
- Connect with prospective customers through outbound/inbound calling and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain customer and sales information in CRM/MIS.




- Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.

Eligibility / Requirements

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or B.Pharma.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding/interest in B2B Sales and Specialty Chemicals.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Candidates interested in Business Development/Sales in the Personal Care segment are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
