Job Description:

As an SEO Specialist at Offenso Hackers Academy, you will be responsible for improving the online visibility of the academy and its Cybersecurity courses. The role focuses on increasing organic website traffic, attracting relevant student enquiries, and supporting overall admissions through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the academy's online presence
- Conduct keyword research related to cybersecurity courses, certifications, training programs, and admissions
- Optimize website pages, courses pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
- Improve on page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links
- Plan and optimize SEO friendly blogs and educational content.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, enquiries, and organic leads
- Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues such as broken links, indexing , and crawling problems
- Improve local SEO and Google business profile visibility for the academy
- Analyze competitors and identify new opportunities to improve search rankings




- Build relevant and quality backlinks to improve website authority
- Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams for SEO related activities
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush to track performance
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with key insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO trends
- Focus on generating qualified student enquiries, course leads, and admissions through organic search.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing , or a related field
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience in SEO or digital Marketing
- Experience in the education/EdTech sector is preferred
- Positive knowledge of SEO, Keyword research, content optimization, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
